I had a fantastic stay at Residenza Roma. The staff, especially Marcello, were incredibly helpful and gave great recommendations for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for walking to famous landmarks. The hotel's charming, Roman atmosphere added to the overall experience. Despite a slight inconvenience with the air conditioning, I still highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely come back to Residenza Roma!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips and recommendations for sightseeing. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the main tourist spots. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bathroom and even a mini fridge stocked with snacks and drinks.
One drawback was the uncomfortable sofa bed that the children had to sleep on, with bits poking out. However, the staff did try to address the issue when notified.

The American breakfast option at the nearby French restaurant was a fantastic perk, especially since other hotels in the same price range only offered Italian breakfast. the friendly and helpful receptionist made a great first impression, providing us with directions and a helpful map. the room was clean, stylish, and surprisingly spacious, with all the conveniences we needed, from a fridge to a safe. We were pleased with our stay and hope to return for a longer visit in the future. Cons: Nothing all excellent! 👍.

The location of this guest house in the historic Prati district is simply fantastic. Being able to explore Rome's top attractions such as the Vatican City, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum with ease made me feel like I had a personal Roman chariot at my disposal.
Mosquitoes in one room.
